These terms cover your use of LiveBetSignals.com and a LiveBetSignals membership. By subscribing or using the site you agree to them.
What we provide
LiveBetSignals publishes sports data and analysis: live win-probability charts, prediction-market and sportsbook prices, model estimates and alerts. It is information only. We do not accept wagers, hold funds for betting, run contests or award prizes, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to place any bet or trade.
No guarantees
Sports are unpredictable. Our models, alerts and historical figures can be wrong, late or incomplete, and third-party data (scores, odds and market prices) can be delayed or inaccurate. Past results don't predict future ones. You are solely responsible for any decision you make, including any bet or trade, and for following the laws where you live.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to subscribe. If betting or prediction markets are illegal where you are, don't use the site for that purpose.
Membership, trial and billing
- Memberships are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe.
- New members get a free trial (currently 3 days) once per email address. A payment card is required. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged.
- Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from the members area (Manage billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice by email before your next renewal.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error or think a charge is wrong, email support@livebetsignals.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Your account
A membership is for one person. Don't share sign-in links, resell or redistribute our data, or scrape the site. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Trademarks
Team and league names are used only to identify games. LiveBetSignals is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, sportsbook, Kalshi or Robinhood. Team artwork on the site is original.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, LiveBetSignals is not liable for any losses, including betting or trading losses, arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll email members before it takes effect.
